Heat Smart Southern Tier
Heat Smart Southern Tier can help you transition your heating and cooling system from fossil fuels to clean energy! HSST provides guidance on home energy efficiency improvements, heat pump technologies, and incentives available for homeowners. Partnering with NYSERDA approved installers across the Southern Tier, we can help you get your project started.
Binghamton Community Power connects residents with resources to lower their energy bills and improve their environment at home. BCP also studies local energy usage through surveys, focus groups, and workshops.
